Windows XP SP2
Setting "sbuh" as Manual/On-Demand

Note: It is imperative that your computer has the latest Windows Updates from Microsoft in order to address known vulnerabilities, fix critical issues, and allow your machine to run with the most up-to-date software to ensure the best possible wireless network performance. For more information on Windows Updates and how you can update your computer, click Start >> Control Panel >> Automatic Updates.
1. Open the Network Connections window by clicking on Start > Control Panel > Network Connections (inside Network and Internet Connections in "Category View"). Under the LAN or High-Speed Internet section of this window, right-click on your "Wireless Network Connection" icon and select "Properties" from the pop-up window.

2. Click on the Wireless Networks tab. Click Add....

3. In the Association tab, enter the following information:
Network name (SSID): sbuh
Network Authentication: Open
Data Encryption: Disabled
(Everything else will be greyed out.)

4. Click the Connection tab. Uncheck the box "Connect when this network is in range" -- this will make this network "On-Demand" instead of Automatic. Click OK.

5. Select "sbuh" from the Preferred networks list, then click the Move down button until it is below "UHSB-Wireless."

6. At this point, "sbuh" will be displayed as "sbuh (On Demand)" and should be below "UHSB-Wireless" in your Preferred networks list. Click OK.
